dang shortness of breath... it's hard to stuff my face when I can't breathe. grrrrr

ik how you feel on that one I have asthma and last night I for to were I had to use my inhaler before I could breathe again

it's miserable!! this baby is in my ribs or something cuz it only happens random times at night but I just wanna eat I might use my inhaler just to see if it helps lol

i stepped on a loose rug earlier and it caused me to do the splits, it hurts so bad. i can hardly walk cause it feels like i ripped muscles. it took my breathe away!

@ilyric, yikes ru okay?? I slipped on ice cuz my landlord doesn't use ice melt apparently (last week) and the scare of falling hurt me more than actually falling I think I couldn't catch my breath for what felt like forever! damn near gives ya a heartattack feeling

No, i am having the hardest time walking and getting in and out of bed. :(
