am I the only one who feels as if I'm going to pass out while taking a shower?

I did the same thing earlier

no I haven't even started taking them but I sure need too..just found out like a week ago that I was anemic ...

@raemeg, haha I know it's weird, trust me I feel like I'm doing something absolutely wrong drinking a cup of water while showering. I also take iron pills.

Yeah especially with my energy level. I notice a big difference if I forget one day I'm way more tired. But take a slow release one called Slow Fe or one like that cause it can cause constipation. 😝@raemeg

I would but that disturbs me lol I can not eat or drink while I'm in the bathroom I don't even like dishes in bathroom. @bellahali

oooohhhh you know what mine is too! maybe that is the problem.

I kept turning it down, my iron is low too that may have a lot to do with it @kaliyahsmommy

all the time smh . I heard that means your waters tooo hot but I still feel a little light headed when i don't make it that hot too..I hate it
