Wow that's so heartbreaking! I admire you for being so strong. I heard the essential oils work miracles. I might have to consider that a go. My doctor recently prescribed me on low dose pregnancy safe meds that her anxiety/depression patients are on. Feeling a little better but still not 100%. Good luck with everything! ❤️ @selizabeth292

I was actually off my meds till my doc said your baby is dying and I got back on them. we are currently trying to get pregnant again and I won't be on my meds but I will be doing essential oils which help so much. its all natural and has no side effects. If I do get pregnant I'll be doing essential oils for my anxiety and stress

I was taking Cymbalta before I got pregnant. When I found out I was pregnant. I immediately quit. Within the last few weeks I have been at my lowest. Just was curious if anyone else was dealing with this.
