Just found out I was pregnant a few weeks ago and is suffering with anxiety. I was diagnosed with anxiety about three years ago. It was under control and then the last couple of weeks have been terrible. Anyone dealing with similar issue? Sometimes it feels like I can't even get out of bed.

I started taking Zoloft a little over a week ago for depression/anxiety. I've been randomly nauseous and super tired. I don't know if this is a side effect or normal pregnancy

I was taking Cymbalta before I got pregnant. When I found out I was pregnant. I immediately quit. Within the last few weeks I have been at my lowest. Just was curious if anyone else was dealing with this.

I have terrible anxiety! I hope it doesn't interfere with my pregnancy! keep your chin up high!

I was actually off my meds till my doc said your baby is dying and I got back on them. we are currently trying to get pregnant again and I won't be on my meds but I will be doing essential oils which help so much. its all natural and has no side effects. If I do get pregnant I'll be doing essential oils for my anxiety and stress

Wow that's so heartbreaking! I admire you for being so strong. I heard the essential oils work miracles. I might have to consider that a go. My doctor recently prescribed me on low dose pregnancy safe meds that her anxiety/depression patients are on. Feeling a little better but still not 100%. Good luck with everything! ❤️ @selizabeth292
