I tried to get along with mine and she absolutely hates me. She has medical issues so she lives with us and she is constantly cussing me like a dog and calling me names. My SO has tried to talk to her so many times but she doesn't listen she's just insane and she puts so much stress on me. I've begged him to put her in a home but she won't go because she is "still of sound mind"

i dislike mine very much!! She is always trying to make my husband feel bad for having his own family and trying to make him feel guilty so that he will move in with her and help her pay her bills and clean her apartment. Plus she makes up lies to turn my husband against me.

I hate my MIL but I like my stepMIL. My MIL hasnt been in my husbands life since he was 7 then tried to come back once he joined the army, but he had nothing to do with her until last year when she came and visited for the first time and then we haven't heard from for a year til recently. And she's apparently saving her vacation days for when our son is due here soon and my husband said he isn't saying a word to her. She hasn't been there for him so why let her in for our son just to be disappointed. Which I don't blame him. Especially since I feel like she's up to no good every time we have talked.
