feeling emotional right now, after 17years of not seeing and 10years of not hearing from my older brother my dad and cousin had looked him up and found him. idk how to feel right now. my dad gave me his number and told me to call him if i want and my husband told me to send him a letter. im so nervous cause considering what happened in the pass i just dont want the same rejection again, we all never forgot about him and still kove him. all in all i just dont know what to do.

@motherof03, exactly. then it would be less awkward for you and you can plan out what you need to say and stuff like that
yea i think im going to do that. everyone wants me to call but i personally dont know what to say to him or how ill be if he dont want nothing to do with us, where in a letter if he dont write back then ill just leave it at that. @wisconsinmom
I would send a letter. More personally and he can do want he wants with it. you never know.. he might want to be apart of his neice/newphew's lives! :)
