Could have swallowed something that cut your throat or it could be more serious, I'd just go to the doctors or er if you can.

when you spit up the blood, did you notice of it was your gums? it happened to me, where my gums would bleed and when i spit, blood would come out. also nose bleeds are actually common during pregnancy (of course unless its an adnormal amount of blood or if it doesnt stop). I was low on iron, and once the doctor put me on some supplements, I saw better results! Low on iron makes you bleed easier.

it could be your gums or your nose was bleeding and you didn't realize it and you were spitting up the nose bleed

When I brush my teeth and floss and stuff, even before pregnancy my gums bleed really bad but it stopped like two seconds after I rinse. I'd just go to the doctors.

The same thing happened to me. The doc said that I had stomach acid get into my lungs. I was he'd what I ate and I was fine in a few weeks. I still get nose bleeds though they are completely normal, as well.

the blood could be running into your throat first and then coming out your nose. if it's happening so often, you need to see a doctor about it. it could be a bigger problem than you think

probably just sinuses I spit up blood on a daily but it's nothing to be worried about!
