really hate that I have to take the baby out the house today. I'm looking forward to getting out but at the same time if he gets hungry I can't just pull out my boob. I'm not comfortable enough yet... ugh today should be interesting
@rosalinasmami, yes I've been trying to practice at home because my brother lives with us so when I feed in the living room I try to be all slick lol but I have big boobs to begin with and now they are even bigger! lol so it's a little harder cuz I have to hold my boob a certain way in order for him to eat lol
@kirasmommy0420 yea I had no choice when I had to do it lol once you comfortable you'll feel better! maybe try practicing at home too!
@rosalinasmami, I'm still new to this whole breastfeeding thing so I'm not so slick yet with being able to slip it out have him latch and be covered lol that's why I'm iffy about going out. but I have no choice because it's baby's first doc aptment
I use to be uncomfortable too. I usually wear a cami under all my shirts and my shirts are a little loose. I also wear a nursing bra. so if Baby is hungry I lift one side of shirt undo my brain and then as I pull the bra and cami down, i position baby to latch. Sometimes it doesn't go as smoothly, but because I'm wearing two shirts I can easily just let my top Shirt go back down to cover my nipple so I can get baby on. and when she is my top Shirt lightly covers her mouth a bit so no nipple ever shows
do the double shift method! wear a tank top that is easy to breast fees in with a loose fitting tank or tee over it, when feeding time comes just put the little one under your tee.
stick a corner of a light blanket under your bra straps on both side as a cover then I put part under babies head is that makes sense where he'd rest it to eat so it stays in place
@rosalinasmami, lol yes it does.
