I think she bout 5 or 6 weeks.

she should be checked out by the ER better safe than sorry! unfortunately if she having miscarriage there won't be anything they can do other than wait or a DNC :(

I'm very sorry to say it sounds like a miscarriage that's what happened to me when I was six weeks and I went to the ER and it turned out that I was having a miscarriage I'll be praying for her though

Tell her to go to the er. Spotting for me was a miscarriage. She may not be having one but it's best to be sure.
