has anyone had to give their breastfed child vitamin D supplements?

I've had my doctor tell me to.. and the people from wic @alusardi

I give my daughter them. She hates it. lol She gives me dirty looks and trys to spit it out.

I have ones that you dab on your nipple and once a day then have baby latch

Mine sucks it right out of the syringe lol she loves it. Yeah because breast milk isn't fortified in vitamin d like formula is. So it's good to give her that supplement
