Whenever you feel uncomfortable. Your body will tell you how to lay anyways Lol. If your a back roller just put a few pillows behind you so your not exactly flat on your back. But don't stress baby will be fine. Just sleep which ever way is comfortable for you.

I couldn't sleep on my stomach by the 10 week I was too scared I'd squish the baby and I stopped laying on my back at 20 weeks but only because the weight would make me feel dizzy and I was scared I would be compressing my veins and arteries and not giving in enough circulation to the baby... But that was just me

@mamamiia28, After 30 weeks I'd stay off your back because it can suffocate baby.

Laying on your sides is what is generally recommended. Laying on your back after the first trimester can compress arteries and reduce circulation for both you and the baby

Ok what's another way I can lay to feel my baby? I'm worried bc I haven't been feeling him as often.. I usually only feel him when im on my back

Laying on your back for short periods of time to feel your baby move is fine. It's just sleeping on your back that's an issue. As I've gotten further in my pregnancy I actually feel him best when I lay on my right side. Especially when drinking ice water or a smoothie!

Place a couple pillows behind you and lean into them while still on your side! Place another pillow under your belly for support! This is the only way I can sleep sometimes but in the mornings it's how I lay to feel my baby kick :)
