Still 3cm and 80% effaced. Same as I've been for at least two weeks. So frustrating. All these contractions and nothing.

I've been having on and off contractions and I haven't been checked so I'm not sure how dilated I am or nothing. 😕

Squats and walking! I went from 2 and 70 for 3 weeks to having her in 43 hours hang in there

At least you've had contractions! @swtlilangl I'm a 1 with a soft cervix & all I have a Braxton Hicks.
