Any mommies out there that had a serious case of, "the mom belly," and any advice on how to help decrease it? I have been breastfeeding for almost four months now, but it isn't making a difference for me. I'm also trying to follow the bodyshredprogram, but it's hard to stick to the meal plans. I want my belly to go down... I'm not asking for flatness, just less jiggle when I walk, and less spillage over pants. lol thank you all in advanced for any advice!
@primerose99, watch what u eat and eat every three hours but healthy and watch ur portions no sweats no sodas no bread stay away from all that try to work out!!! Ppl think that they need to eat for two while bf yes u need 500 more calories but choose them wisely work out with ur baby there r tons of workout u can do with baby!! Trust me my daughter laughs at me doing workout or even while they sleep somethings as easy as jump rope squats lunges
Awesome! I definitely need to add yoga into my daily workouts! And I drink water everyday but definitely not as much as I should be. Thank you for the advice! :)
I never dieted either. Made me binge eat. Just try to drink lots of water and work out every few days. Even a ten minute yoga session everyday helps. :D
Swimming, yoga, and weight lifting. Swimming works out your entire body, helps tighten up all over, plus its fun. Yoga gets those funny hard to work out muscles. And weight lifting strengthens everything up. Do any combo of these. When I was 50lbs overweight it was the only thing that ever worked. That and lots of water.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I do, I work out every day, but I can't lose this tummy!
