Time them if they last more than a minute and are timeable get closer together and get stronger and stronger you're in labor if you're worried go on always the best idea

Differs for everyone but my doctor said you'll know. I was rolling on my bed crying every 2-3 minutes for about a minute because of the pain

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls.
