your belly is contracting. it's normal. drink cold water after wards and lay on your left side. if it still bugs you try Tylenol along with the water and laying on your side

Where's the pain? Braxton hicks are not typically painful. But I do get Braxton hicks after having sex as well and I'm as far along as you. If it feels like a tightening of your tummy muscles that's a Braxton hicks.

Your tights? What do you mean by that? I know sometimes as a preggo we get air bubbles trapped behind our ribs and that's always so painful. That could be a possibility. But with actual pain you should always consult a doctor! It's important to be safe even if it turns out to be nothing

Oh yeah I don't know what kind of pain would be in your thighs but I can't imagine it being bad for baby. I'd ask a doc for sure!
