I'm 20 weeks and having shooting pains up both sides and across my rib cage as well as I'm extremely nauseated. Any mommas have any idea what I could do to help?

Could very well be gas pains/air bubbles. I've gotten that a lot with both pregnancies. Tums or rolaids!
