depends on how long/often you pump. are you making sure you're staying hydrated? that makes a big difference for me. you want to aim for drinking at least half of your body weight in ounces of water per day. drinks with electrolytes will help you stay hydrated.

Mine has always taken about 24-48 hrs to go up from pumping more.
