So I really had my mind set up to breast all my children, but having twins I'm not sure! I talked to my mom about it and she's like "you'll be fine, you'll just have to take care of her nipples." So my question may be a little weird but how do you take care of nipples? Lol. I mean I thought showering everyday was taking care of them.

nipple balm keeping them moist so that they don't crack and making sure baby latches right so they don't get raw

You will be just fine. The beginning will be a lot to get used to and it won't be easy, but it is worth every ounce of effort you put in. I recommend joining breastfeeding groups on facebook now and watching videos on YouTube to prepare mentally.
Coconut oil has been my go to for nipple care.
