Unfortunately my hubby can't make it to the gender reveal appointment due to work he's really upset about it and told me I can't tell anyone until he knows. which I understand and respect, do you ladies have any cute ideas on how to reveal it to him?

You could go buy the baby's gender outfit and put it in a gift bag and he can open it. My husband was with me but we told the lady to do a surprise gender so she made us close our eyes and put the gender in an envelope. We then went to a special place for us and opened the envelope together. You may think about that too.
We went to a place we paid to find out the gender because my fiance is in NM for work.
To reveal it to him: I'd just take the picture of his/her profile and put either a blue tie around his neck or a pink bow on her head.

ya I went on there but got overwhelmed lol I only have a few hours to do it I was trying to find something easy but I got lost in other things
