How do I stop gaining weight.......I haven't been eating crazy or anything. In fact more healthy than I have in 20 years. Up until my appointment on the 2nd I had not gained any weight and now have gained 18. So since my Jan appointment I gained 18 lbs. And my Dr is now worried. I am not doing binge eating of chocolate and ice cream. I'm eating oranges and yogurt and fresh veges. What do I do? I try to walk and exercise but I get so swollen that I hurt after exercise. I need help.
@newbee2016, no problem! I'm still having to take the meds pregnant or not. good luck😊
@kpryor1982, I will absolutely do that! Never even thought about that. Thank you
when that happened to me, they checked my thyroid. it wasn't working at all and they put me on synthroid. maybe ask if your thyroid is normal?
Sounds like it could be Gestational Diabetes. Quick, excessive weight gain is one of the main symptoms. Did the doctor mention that?
So I have question I'm 23 weeks and I thought a 9 lbs weight gain was good but now I'm re thinking it what is normal at this stage is it to much I'm stressing out I am really watching what I eat and I really don't over eat sad mommy here 😔
I had my 24 week appt today & my Dr told me I am gaining too much weight. Her goal for me was 20-25 lbs Total Gain for the pregnancy. I've gained 21 lbs so far... I eat well and exercise, but I do have a sweet tooth & I guess it's caught up to me. 😢 Anyone else gain about this much when you were as far along as I am?
ok ladies, truth time!!! how much weight have you gained and how far along are you? My doctor basically said I was a fat ass because I have gained to much but I always feel hungry so I eat.
so my last appointment they found protein in my urine, trace of blood and my blood pressure was high. well now I'm starting to get blurred vision ( were I can't even see) and spots in my eyes. And then it will go away. also I haven't been able to eat and now I've lost alot of weight and now weighing 114. anyone have any ideas of what's going on
@kpryor1982, Thank you. Hopefully the meds help you. 😊
