When did you mommies start walking for labor? I'm 28 weeks and haven't really walked much, I just get so lazy lol. but I know I need to start soon, I sure as hell don't wanna be in labor for 20 something hours 😩

I walked my whole pregnancy and still was in labor for 32 hours. But yeah like she said stretching is good too.

the sooner the better. if you don't want to walk stretching does basically the same thing.
