My glucose test is tomorrow ...😩😩 how did y'all prepare for it

don't eat a lot of sugar befoew!!! it can throw off the test. and just be prepared not to eat or drink for a hour.

It's in the morning, can I eat before the test or should I not eat at all

I didn't eat any sugar the day before like candy or chocolate. and I stopped eating by midnight til I got the test/blood draw done. the drink is not bad at all I took it down in 30 seconds.
