Any tips on getting/gaining & maintaining energy? It seems like I'm so tired all the time that all I wanna do is nap. I literally wake up just to go back to sleep. & by 9 pm forget it, Im done! FTM & First pregnancy this is definitely taking its toll on me.
I'll have to try that breakfast is normally not an option due to severe morning sickness (that lasts most if not all day) but thank you for the tips!
are you eating enough protein? eating a good breakfast, drinking water, fruit, no sugar all of this will help with energy:)
I'll let you know when I do. Someone recommended B6(?) but mainly im just tired. and im so sick of the side comments from my inlaws between the nausea and exhaustion im desperate to get back on my feet asap
tip enjoy the sleep while your able to sleep. Cause it definitely gets harder later on in your pregnancy
