Was your baby in distress at all? I wasn't coaxed into it, I knew it had to be done. both my sons got stuck and my 2nd couldn't be budged at all and his heart was skyrocketing. I hope you can have a beautiful vbac this time
No she wasn't but the dr that just came on her shift (my third Doctor of the day by that point) she checked me and said no the babies not coming out this way, we will have to do a c section....it was never brought up to me as even a possibility by either of the other doctors! Anyways I hope I get to do the vbac this time around!! Can't afford the recovery of a c section this time around with my home daycare!! @kitty10
that's shocking! I know that wasn't the case with my csection, I had been in labour for well over 72 hours, the nurses and doctors were both crying when they told me there was no way my son was coming vaginally, it was honestly the most heart breaking experience ever, I wanted a vaginal birth so bad, but you have to do what you have to do in order to get bubs here safely
@Eli.keiths.mommy it really is the most devastating thing to find out it's not gonna go the way you wanted it too!! But it sounds like your doctors really cared and went above and beyond! It's true tho, getting baby out safely is the most important thing :)
happened to my cousin baby was breached and Dr wanted to cut. she refused , and a beautiful baby girl was delivered, breached. that dr was taught a lesson that day, with the help of another dr.

I don't like this one bit....maybe that's why after 23 hours they all of the sudden sprung on me that I had to have one :(
