now im starting 2 have cramps but they dont feel that bad like when i have my period

I would go to urgent care or the Er is not able to get into your ob

if theres no bleeding its normal

they are normal. I did the exact same thing early on in my pregnancy. if there's no bleeding I wouldn't worry, like what @mizzrodriguez said
