@mommy2b2017, like i said easier said than done especially if you have a lot of responsibilities like me. but relax, clear your mind, go on a vacay... get massages..i had put a lot of pressure on my husband and we weren't in a healthy place in our relationship because of it

@mommy2b2017, decrease your stress level and focus on a healthy you! easier said than done.. i learned the hard way after being devastated each month for 4 months after the miscarriage. After i said "screw it i'm going to take care of myself" i got pregnant! like literally that week!
Definitely vitamins. Ovulation tests and also there is a lubricant that really helps the ph and easier for sperm to swim😀 when I used it trying to conceive before it worked. I think it was called Preseed. I bought it online
