I seem to drink a lot of soda because of nausea. I like the 90/10 rule- eat right 90% of your food, indulge 10%, and you'll be okay.

I didn't eat any junk food or drink soda or anything bad until my anatomy scan at 18 weeks and my doctor was like "uhm, you're allowed to have caffeine and junk food, you know!" And then I had a coffee or a soda once a day and junk food too lol but I make sure to drink a ton of water

you should be just fine but always make sure to drink more water than pop because soda will dehydrate your body but i do drink pop myself. i try not too all the time but i do drink it

you can have up to 200 mg caffeine a day :) I drink 3 sodas a day, my can of Coke only has 35 mg in it.

They just don't want you going over 250 mg of caffeine which I know I go over that but I have to have soda
