I have never had a cold sore before, I woke up with my first ever one a couple days ago. Any mommies ever had this happen I am 19 weeks pregnant. Dr Google says it's semi normal because all the hormones and stress, but then other people say it could harm the baby.

Cold sore on mouth will not harm the baby. It's type 1 hsv. It's they type 2 that could harm baby if genital sores durring delivery. Nothing to worry about. Just if you have other kids no kissing them as it is contagious
