Honestly I had no tightening labor started st 3 am felt like I had really bad gas pains or I had to poop by 7 am I was timing them there is a distinguished beginning and end to the pain I only felt it in my lower abdomen and back felt like period cramps times a hundred that just keep coming and going slowly getting more frequent and more painful
