I took a test the day I missed my period and it was positive. hopefully it's not bad! prayers!!

I say that she should retake the test at 4 weeks and if it's negative then she should get an ultrasound on her tubes, ovaries and anywhere around there to be safe but most likely it is stress if she isnt pregnant

20 days late is still less than 3 weeks, pregnancy tests sometimes dont show positive till 4 weeks of pregnancy.

is she under any stress? I was and I missed one or two periods
