I've been with a horrible headache for about 5 hours 😪, what should I do .?

@preggomamma21, 10 hours already and It wont go away :'( I took a tyleno like 9 hours ago and it didnt help and well since its 4:30 am I cant go and get checked out but it hurts so bad
