My two month old woke up out of her sleep screaming at the top of her lungs( she sleeps in bed with me) I tried feeding her, changed her, rocking her back to sleep, singing, anything I can to calm her down but it's not working... She's not even latching on... She's been screaming for almost an hour and I'm about to lose my mind... Someone please help
@alayahmommy, if the bath doesn't work, then I would try a car ride if she's usually good in the car. I've done it a few times when my daughter is crazy upset.
my son would do that he'd wake up crying I'd have to walk around with him forever! he didn't wanna eat or lay down he wanted me to stand up. eventually he'd fall asleep with me holding him.
I agree with @jennatess about the bath to help calm her too if nothing's wrong. Also lay her on her belly across your thighs and pat her back and rock her. Always worked with my daughter.
Check her toes, make sure there's not a hair wrapped around. If she won't stop, then I'd try a nice warm bath. And if all else fails, go for a ride in the car.
Check her temp. If it's high take her to the hospital she might have a little infection. If not check inside of her mouth make sure there's no sore or anything also check her bottom. If everything seems ok she might just need a good swaddle and some love.
