My daughters umblical cord feel off today she is only 7 days old :( it looked worse then this earlier picture in comments on how it looked this morning and this is how it looks now! she has a appt. Monday cause I'm so paranoid about it

@shylasmum-2016, i looks fine but the dr is going to check it anyways when the baby goes for there check up of its inflected the will give something to put on it...

u can use A&D ointment.. my mom used it on my baby brother cause his fell off at a week old too..

It looks today's type of normal. I am old school, they say not to use alcohol but I still do it seems to heal faster and cleaner :)

with my sauger the doctor told us to put alcohol on it with a cotton swab. it drys it up nicely
