I'm having a serious problem with my unborn baby. can some please help me 😭

no he didn't see the baby

I got a positive test at 3 weeks 4 days. and did he say he seen the baby? cause if so then no its not to soon he seen your baby! :) I

my last period was 1/14/16 and ended 1/19/16 and I'm 4 weeks 1 day...due Oct 21st and I got a strong positive on 3 weeks 2 days...

mine was 1/8\16- 1/12/16

but he said i was only 3 weeks by the ultrasound @shaeewow3.29.15

ok so i went to my doctors yesterday and he tried to find my baby and he said my due date is oct 15 but when he looked he said that i couldn't be 5 weeks so he said i was only 3 weeks but i don't understand. is 3 weeks to early for a pregnancy test? or is there something wrong? IDK😰
