Well i called my doctor to see if i need to go get checked so now i am waiting for them to call me back cause i am having back pain and stomach has been constantly tight and crampy all night

I've been cramping all day and just now when I went loo, I wiped bright red!😞 I'm 10 weeks and 1 day today and have miscarried previously at 7 weeks. I am so scared and freaking out! I called 111 and am awaiting call back from a doctor.
