Is it safe to take a hot bath to help dialate or get labor going?

It's different for different people my friend took a bath, and then a few hours later went into labor so.

Walk steps and roll hips or do a dance look on you tube

Hot bath will stop BH, but real labor can't be stopped by anything!

a hot bath isn't going to do anything but stop your pain and slow any contractions you are having.

Yes 2cm and I had my membrane sweep Tuesday

I don't think so. The doctor usually says only warm baths.

I just took one with Epsom salt i will be 39 weeks in 30 mins lol
