It's only February and I'm seriously thinking about turning on my AC. Summer is coming a little too soon here 😓
that must be hard ! the only other place I've lived in was Nevada but Iowa's younger and I've lived here ever since but if it was for the best interest of my family I would move if I had to @hellosweetie
I know what ya mean, it's really surreal knowing that I'm moving out of my home state to Arizona 😱 @mrscruz0530 I'll miss it here but this is what's best for our family 😜
Lol but I can't imagine living any where else !@hellosweetie
You said it, girl! @mrscruz0530
Ya it wasn't bad I would rather work nights then hot days but I felt like a vampire lol I couldn't handle the sun or heat at all lol and I usually have no clothes on in my room lol it's more comfortable that way lol and cooler
Only been once before, we were visiting family friends and we looked at apartments while there, which convinced us to move there because holy moly it's cheap compared to Cali!!!
@mrscruz0530, that's not too bad though since you worked over night! And I could only imagine how it was with the morning sickness and all the wonderful pregnancy symptoms. I lived in a sports bra and my underwear my WHOLE pregnancy. I was lucky enough to work at home my whole pregnancy so I was in the house all day, let's just say last summer I was super pasty white hahaha
@hellosweetie, haha gotta love the heat 🙃 and that's cool! Have you been to Tucson before?
Ah girl I have no idea how you did it ! I found out I was pregnant at the beginning of July and was miserable with the heat and the morning sickness I would not have been able to leave my room if it was that hot right now lol last summer I basically was indoors the whole day with the ac on lol it doesn't help that I work (when I did lol ) overnights so when I left it was dark out and came home right as the sun was out so any time i did go out during th day it was so hard for me my body wasn't used to it !
Ugh I was pregnant and gave birth naturally August 24th, sucked SO BAD bringing a newborn home in that heat, no AC in the house she spent the first few weeks of her life in just a diaper, sweating all over my arm as she nursed lol and we're moving to Marana, in Tucson 😉 @kcamps
I was literally pregnant the whole summer last year! Like it started getting warm in April and I'm pretty sure the day I went to go get induced was the first cool day of year. Haha that was the end of October, I was constantly sweating. You are definitely lucky you're almost done! @mrscruz0530 what part of Arizona are you moving to!? @hellosweetie
So crazy, it's not even Spring yet!!! And we're moving to Arizon in a few weeks 😭
Definitely! And I would I cant stand being hot especially being all pregnant lol I'm miserable ! I'm just glad I won't be pregnant when the heat really hits but dam we didn't even have a winter I kept waiting for it to get cold and it never did ! I'm really hoping we do get a storm we need it !
That's crazy! It's hotter there than here, I know it'll be 91 in like a couple days. I may just give in. I'm seriously hoping we get a huge storm and it cools off @mrscruz0530
It's been mid 80s the other day it was 91 and my room is always so hot so the ac goes on I can't stand the heat ! I used to live in Vegas I know I wouldn't last there anymore !
@azaleajade927, ugh share some of the cold weather! It's like in the high 80's allll week @mrscruz0530 I'm seriously thinking about it, I've been sweating here like the past two days it's so terrible
@kcamps, its definitely not in Maine! its 17 degrees out right now!
California is super expensive, I'd love to live somewhere cooler but it's like what you ladies said. I couldn't imagine living anywhere else! I've lived in the same neighborhood my whole life so it's all I know! @hellosweetie @mrscruz0530
