So this might be a little TMI but my doctor wanted me to start taking iron so I am. Not because there is anything wrong with my iron actually my iron is very good but I am pregnant with twins so he doesn't want to chance it getting low or anything. But seriously I had the worst time pooping. I know guys I'm sorry again but has anyone else had or have this problem?

get some fiber one bars they r good and it helps
I had the same problem, my Dr said you can take fiber but only a certain type while pregnant so she let's me take Metamucil I buy it in packets and have it either in a juice or my smoothie lady will blend it in, it helps me.. also try upping your intake of leafy greens if you can, again blending them in a smoothie you don't taste it at all! good luck girl I know it's painful... here's hoping you don't get hemorrhoids down the line!

Prenatal vitamins plus iron rich foods should be enough, even with twins. But you know your body best!
Apple juice works awesome like the above ladies said! & yeah I have a huge family history with it so I was bound for it genetically
@twinveaches, I have a blood disorder that makes me anemic so I can't have too much iron. but my doc said that it will make you constipated if you have too much
Yea my doc told me colace but stuff with fiber help apple apple juice etc
They just don't want me to become anemic because I have a family history of it. But it sucks. It hurt so bad. I take prenatal as well but my iron levels are fine so I might just start taking less of them. @cou_smith36 @kayloniandkaismommy @m.bullock
I'm on iron because of anemia with my pregnancy and I had to get on something for the constipation! It stinks!
you will. too much iron can make you constipated.
I didn't take any extra iron when I was pregnant with twins. I just took the prenatal vitamins. I was borderline anemic before and with just the vitamins I was fine when they would test it!

Went in for my 20 week check up and found out our son had passed away. Nothing was wrong, my pregnancy has been going great. I'm so numb right now. I'll he delivering him later this week. I am pregnant with my 2nd. Am about 13weeks. Havent had a scan or anything yet. My first was a little boy. I dont know the sex yet, but is it normal to feel so scared about having a little girl. I am so worried as I know what girls can get up to so I am petrified, especially how the UK is becoming.
I am literally so scared of giving birth because my first birthing experience was absolutely traumatic. Those mommas who had an epidural do you feel anything?
