let's hear the stories about when you and your significant other found out you were expecting!

I have RA and my Dr is always asking if were still trying so I can get in better medicine sooner since they can all cause birth defects...so I decided one my pack of pills was gone on may I wasn't starting a new pack. well come the month of November I decided to buy an ovulation test (without him knowing!) so we can really find out the best time to conceive...so I took the test and it said I was high peak...so I waited the 4 days (hubby was on nighshift so I know we didn't try to conceive in those 4 days) and on the 5th day I tested again and it still said I was high peak...so i said to myself I need to buy a pregnancy test...I tested a night before he got home from work and it said positive! I didn't want to tell him until I had or confirmed by my family Dr...so I made an appointment (which I couldn't get in until December 23) and sure enough it was positive! I wrapped up a onesie of his favorite college team and 7 pregnancy tests that I took and had him open it Christmas Eve, eve! he was so excited! here I thought when I went to the obgyn the end of January that I was only 10 weeks because I knew when we tried to conceive in November we found out I was 22 weeks! I guess irregular periods and no symptoms will never lead you to believe you may be pregnant! sorry this was so long winded! (here is what he opened!)

He was driving me home from work and I was like babe, slow down ur making me get car sick.. he was like I'm not even going that fast. maybe u should take a pg test.. i was like ok, but u know it's just gonna be neg. welp, it wasn't neg!

I thought I was getting sick or something. Hubby was at work and I knew my periods were irregular so I wasn't stressing that I was a week late cuz I'd tested before only to end up with a negative. The thought hasn't even crossed my mind yet, but for some reason I was mid stream peeing and said to myself I need to test, so I grabbed my cup and finished in that. I didn't believe the first three tests, I think I took 9 that night before I believed it I was in shock.(thank god for Internet cheapies) I sent a pic to my hubby and he said he couldn't stop smiling all night. I tested about twice a day for the next week cuz I was so shocked cuz we hadn't been trying that month at all after 5 years of trying!!! I'm still in awww but it's more real now that we've been to the doc and had ultrasound done and all :)

I had no pregnancy symptoms, I didn't even suspect being pregnant I had missed my period but my period was irregular and one day and he took me to target and bought tests and told me to test because he had a feeling I was prego so I think it's crazy how he knew and I didn't lol
