Did anyone's doctors start checking for dilation at 36 weeks, or do they wait until later apts to check for that?

@jaxmomma, and they didn't swab me they gave me the swab and told me to how to swab myself, which was strange lol
@ayeewhipxo, @malanismama1629 did they swab you guys at 36 weeks for the strep b? I hope they check dilation for me at my 36 week apt on the 17th but my luck, they won't
I'll be 38 weeks tomorrow and haven't been checked yet. I have an OB appt tomorrow so I'm hoping they will tomorrow!
Mine starts at 38 weeks, so Monday is when I'll finally be checked (:

@jashmen, @saramarie09 @elizabeth0220 thanks! My doctors have never mentioned it. I googled and it said some don't start checking until 38 weeks so I hope that they start at my 36 week apt.

At the amount of seats that come into seat checks totally wrong. I did roughly 30 checks today and only 4 were right! Lots of babies are now safer in the car!

I have an appt to check my baby's growth and check my cervix today. I'm at risk for preterm labor and was wondering when they check my cervix through ultrasound if they can see if I'm dilated or anything like that?

@jaxmomma, yup! They swabbed me for strep B and took my blood to check my iron levels for the last time.. But the doctor didn't even swab me.. It was her nurse/assistant. I thought they'd check since they were down there but nope! I'm going to ask tomorrow when I go in!
