I'm exclusively breastfeeding my now 3 month old just recently she seems like she is never truly full. she is now wanting to eat every 2 hours and then is screaming she is so hungry I have tired to feed her long or pump and try to get her to take more at a time but she can't she just spits it out. Lots of mommies at work have told me to try rice once a day and see how she does makes me very nervous. currently in the middle of changing doctors so nervous to ask her soon to be old doctor any suggestions?

You should hold out on the rice cereal. She's still young, she could be going through a growth spurt. Ideally you should wait until 6 months before introducing any solid food but if you really must introduce it definitely wait until she's 4 months

Your body will adjust to her needs. You can offer her a little rice to hold her over and see if that helps. Don't be discouraged she could be going through a growth spurt. You could also still call her current pediatrician even if you are switching they should still be able to help.
