ok I need advice. naucea , vomiting, and migraines are finally leaving my body ( knock on wood ) however, I find myself running out of energy too soon in the day. I move slow. I'm still a little dizzy when I move fast. I got a lot of things to do such as finding a job and finishing school not to mention house chores. I wake up feeling good, moving at a decent speed and by noon I can't walk any more. my breathing is heavy and I sound and look like just ran a marathon. weight 120lb. acually lost 15 lbs so it's not that I'm heavy. I'm not taking prenatal vit. when 6 pm arrives I am honestly dead. I have to go to bed no later than 7 pm. my body can't take it. any advice please on how to increase and or maintain my energy. anything I can eat ,drink ,or do that will make me have a better stamina? lo her hours of performance? help!!! thank you

Your still in your first trimester. I was the exact same way. My doctor told me i could take B6 for nausea but there was nothing I could do for energy. I also lived for chewing gum. It was the only thing that controlled my nausea. I had to literally do a month of medical leave from work due to all the symptoms. I'm getting ready to hit my second trimester and I feel so much better with so much more energy.

Also talk to your doctor. They would know more

prenatal vitamins might help. But other than that I'm not really sure. Drink a lot of water too if you're getting dizzy. Sorry I don't have much else...
