You need more calcium, or take 2 prenatals a day. 1 in the morning & 1 at night.

A balanced diet and prenatal, tums with calcium are good for you too. don't rely on just the prenatal to give you the needed vitamins.

and usually when teeth hurt, is because of an underlying infection is present.

i know its not an infection , i go to dentist regularly . i think it has to do with low calcuim and my anemia. @ilyric
