hey does anyone have suggestions for swelling? I am 29 weeks and my feet and fingers have started swelling.. mostly my feet. :/

I haven't had too bad of a time with swelling this entire pregnancy.. Just the occasional minimal ankle swelling when I've been on my feet all day.. But now my feet have ballooned up and I had them up! I wasn't on my feet. Should I be concerned?

goldilocksn4bears I think it's so important that the first person she sees is her mommy immediately after birth.
kiss3sfroml33 I agree thankfully my doc is all about skin to skin immediately after birth. Plus that rooms

I have no idea what kind of shoes I'm going to wear to my baby shower...the way my feet are swelling! 😕

This swelling is not normal anymore my feet are so so so bad, hands, and face looks like I have black eyes. It hurts too.

Try cutting back on the sugary stuff or stuff that has a lot of salt in it. Just try drinking normal water not the flavor stuff cuz it has sugar in it
