For the most part yea. I had more back pain at 10 weeks then I did at 30 and now at 35 it's starting to come back but that's because of how much he's growing and stuff. I'd talk to your doctor about the headaches if your concerned. I stopped drinking caffeine when I found out and just recently was told to reintroduce it back into my diet and the headaches were not as frequent once I did.
