my doctor told me today that I am gaining to much weight and I have to stop eating carbs what are some good things to eat with no carbs I don't know what to really eat besides salads
Ok-- one, do not stop eating carbs-- try healthy carbs instead-- brown rice, quinoa, sweet potatoes, ect. Up your protein and veggies but do not starve yourself or diet while pregnant! A lot of what I do is help people loose weight and I would never say to cut carbs completely. Feel free to message me if you need some guidance
I wouldn't completely stop eating carbs. definitely go for wholesome foods that are healthy and nutritious and maybe just have a little "cheat" night once a week but don't cut out carbs! the right kinds of carbs are so beneficial! I would say whole grains/multigrain, sweet potatoes, brown rice, oatmeal, cream of rice..those are all carbs that are good for you as well as quinoa, couscous, and so on...do lots of veggies, lean proteins and some whole grain carbs.
Spaghetti squash is delicious! I make lots of chicken meals with veggie sides, and salads! I still indulge though. I don't think I could survive without my weekly pizza and burger :)
