So, I had a pre-trial hearing today and my sons biological father got the judge to order me to discourage my son from calling my husband, his stepDAD daddy or Father. my son started calling him daddy on his own and it bothers me so much his biological dad doesn't do anything for him. my Husband has been more of a father to him this past year then his actual dad has the whole 2 years of my sons life. he's just mad because now he can't lie to people and claim to be a good Dad when he's not because now my son has an actual dad who takes care of him and Zayne prefers my husband over him. he's just being so petty and immature. why take that right away from my son to call my husband daddy. now I feel like that's only gonna make him feel more like 'the stepchild' and less like actual family and it's all his biological father's fault. He doesn't even want anything to do his son, its all his mom pushing for this. Sometimes I feel like its my fault my son has such a horrible, immature, incompetent biological father.
thats doesnt sound right... i dont think a judge has the right to make that decision if i was you i would look into that... thats some sort of discrimination that is just wrong. what kind of judge does that... geez louis... @tiffany_hull. look into that dont let that dead beat guy get away with it.
@tiffany_hull, That sucks. Haha he could always call him "papa" people forget that one!
she said I had to listen to him that people lose custody of stuff like that and that if I don't it will just piss the judge off. @gingyrex
@tiffany_hull, what did your lawyer have to say? Because that REEEEALLY doesn't sound legal. :\
I agree I didn't think they could force my 2 year old not to call him daddy but the judge did. he told me "that child is not to call him Daddy do you understand?!" and I have a judge is pro father's rights all because of a personal experience when it should be what's best for the child not the father. He may have gotten his way with the daddy thing but Zayne will ALWAYS prefer Damian over Bradley (His bio dad) and there is nothing Bradley can do about it. He will never be even half the father my husband is. @gingyrex
We don't always choose who we develop feeling for. What matters is you found a real man to be a father for your child. As for the "order", that is bogus! They can order you to NOT coerce your child AGAINST their bio parent, but to try forcing your child to alienate his real family? Ridiculous! Stay strong mama.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

I don't want to do this. I don't want to do this. Not before Christmas. How am I'm going to tell my kids?? My dear sweet baby boy. Why did this happen?

My husband and I aren’t exactly strangers when it comes to relationship challenges 💞. We have been together for 14 years and married for eight, so we’ve definitely gone through some growing pains as we navigated a long-distance relationship in college and our first year living together as a married 👫 couple.
But nothing has challenged our relationship quite like our first year as 👪 parents .
Before you have your first child, you have these grand ideas of what it will be like. There’s more slee...
Preggies,
Today, we are deeply saddened by the news that @Martinajjones' baby, Jason Andrew Colley, was born early and passed away. He was born today, on his father's birthday, at 34 weeks, weighing 4 pounds 7 ounces and 17 inches long. @Martinajjones has been a strong member of this community since January. We are so sad for her loss, and her family's, and our thoughts go out to her.
You can message the family on this post, if you would like to add your condolences.
Best wishes,
Preggie_USA
I have done a little research and everything I've read online says that the judge can say that I'm alienating my son from his biological father and change custody. @itz.meli
