please no rude comments im not going to argue with yall but personally of i choose to breast feed I will pump or but a cover and cover myself not bc I think it's wrong but I'm not one to just show off my body it makes me.uncomfortable at the thought
The covers work great until they can pull them and move them. I'll put up the fight as long as I can. I am not for all flopping my stuff out there so I'll have to get creative I guess.
My only problem with them was I couldn't see my daughter with a cover and she still needs help latching a lot of times. she's not old enough to be able to "find" the nipple lol.
lol yeah I personally want to try covers but if she just doesn't like it I'll cone up with an alternative way lol like you did @crunchymomma
When I'm in public I'm really nervous about people seeing anything, but using a cover bothers my daughter and me both honestly. so I just make sure to do the "2 shirt method"
I don't have any nursing tank tops yet so wear a cami and don't have the straps over my shoulders, then I wear a kind of loose shirt, when aurora needs to eat I unhook my bra, put her in position and pull my shirt up just barely so she can latch. then my belly and my chest are covered and my daughter covers my boobs.
the only time anyone will see anything would be if they are staring over my shoulder haha.
agreed I think you should do whatever makes you comfortable that's your body:) no one likes feeling weird around people@cass_lynne
My mom keeps saying I shouldn't go hide in my room to breast feed. But for awhile I think I'm going to. People can visit when it's not feeding time. I don't want anyone seeing me, even if it's my family members. I'm so self conscious. I definitely don't want friends coming over to see that or his father. I hate him enough, he doesn't need to see my body. Or anyone else. I sometimes think I stress too much. But it's hard.
omg yes!! that was my other point I'm not even comfortable when my doctor says get undressed from the waist down or when she did a breast exam and she's a doctor 😳 I can't imagine how I'd do in public so bc I domt.want to stress my daughter out lol I'm just gonna keep the tatas covered @cass_lynne c
haha I hope I get that confident I'm still struggling telling people she's mine 😳@morganhayyleyy19
I agree with you! I'm still so iffy about having my body exposed in front of people. I have a hard time around doctors and I know I'm going to be paranoid during birth. I don't want anyone seeing my body. I don't know what it is, but I've always been that way. Even when I feel good. I just feel weird being 20 and breast feeding while people watch. I don't want anyone to see it.
@hermommy, I know the feeling but I stopped caring people are gonna judge either way! I made that rule the second that I found out that I was pregnant! I've planned to breastfeed the entire time but I don't feel comfortable with my boobs out and people being near me. so I told them if they didn't like it not to bother coming to the hospital when he's born or I'm bound to tell someone off hah
agree girl completely everyone is different some are comfortable some aren't, I personally think it's something to keep private :)@brenking
thank goodness i was afraod people would think badly bc I'm just uncomfortable with that situation so glad you agree and seem to be going to the same points and I am:)@morganhayyleyy19
I am with you. I feel uncomfortable being exposed. I will cover while nursing. I wish moms would stop being judgemental. If you're more comfortable covering while nursing in public that is your choice and should be respected.
I'm the same way! I'm buying a cover forsure and I've already told people they aren't allowed to be in my hospital room when I'm breastfeeding. super uncomfortable
girl exactly its a beautiful thing but to my my body is for my SO only and to feed my daughter that is all lol @amorasmom lol that's too funny:) @angelkisses
the only time I did with out was because I forgot my cover at home lol. My oldest daughter was getting an award for her sr year and I had to go on stag but Priscilla kept crying so I stuck a boob in her mouth, said a quick prayer I was fully covered ands walked on stage 😂😂😂. I was sooooo scared she'd throw the cover off. @hermommy
I'm going to most definitely cover myself I agree I don't feel comfortable with everything exposed neither
just my opinion lol if I'm home that's one thing I'll just whip it out and not care but for my sake if I'm in public imma cover it up @angelkisses and yeah kudos to those who don't but I'm choosing too lol very uncomfortable to me i don't mind seeing others but if I'm home I could care less it's public I'm not okay lol@klanc919
not everyone is going to cover. some are just pretty confident. breastfeeding at home uncovered. now that is fine seeing your in the comfort of your own home(: I plan to do that too (:
anytime I've ever nursed without a cover in public , no one could telmade sure of that 😂@hermommy
Question ladies!! I have insurance that covers my obgyn visits and lab work but it does not cover ultrasounds nor the labor and delivery...what do y'all recommend I do, or what is out there that can help me(note I do not qualify for Medicaid as well 😞)
Am I the only one who have to have their feet hanging from under the covers? I cannot have my feet under the covers!
I have a tattoo of a name i need covered like now lol.
Will insurance cover therapy or will I have to pay for it?

I covered my IG name😁
I won't do It long enough at 5 months I'm switching her to strictly bottle @b80nandrewsma
