So I'm 19 weeks exactly today and the baby has not been as active as she has been since I started to feel her. Should I be worried? what should I do?

I don't tell my ob anything. been lucky enough to not have to but if you're concerned it's better to be reassured by someone whose a health professional lol.

my baby goes hours without moving too much if at all but then will move once I'm settled down not moving. I'd just pay attention to your baby's habits inside the womb and maybe bring it up to your ob. or orange juice works awesome to get my baby to move when I'm laying down.

As stated above, 28 weeks is when you should start tracking movement. Because before then, baby is still small enough to move without you feeling any of it! And baby could be facing your back too, which means you won't feel kicks and jabs. So don't stress unless there's literally NO movement in a few days. But if it's really bothering you, call your doctor or their triage line!(:

Most doctors only want you to come in if its been 3 days and you havent felt the baby. My doctors said next appointment they will have me start monitoring daily movement, I will be 28 weeks.
