I'm ill too and went to the pharmacist yesterday and they said definitely not they wouldn't let me have much except an over the counter paracetamol, taking that and hot lemon water had helped me a lot ...I've also been drinking hot Vimto which is yum lol ...hope you feel better soon x

I've had loads of lemsip whilst being pregnant as kept getting ill - me and baby are both fine. X

Try hot blackcurrant cordial aswel, it works nicely for me 😊 x

@michellelouise, noo it's not advised because of something in it I'm not sure what it's called. But you can have paracetamols and hot honey and lemon and it does the same thing. It really helped me when I had a bad throat cold☺️ x
