Don't stress! it's gonna be okay, and yes, but it seemed like a standard procedure they do with all babies. They took her over and wiped her down, weighed her, measured her, all that good stuff, then gave her back to me.

and supposedly you stay an extra day at the hospital, but I thought everyone stayed 2 days after vaginal birth regardless.

Went completely smooth, nothing different happened minus getting an IV of antibiotics during labor, baby and I were both fine!
